We were honored to be their appointed event management agency to be responsible of designing and managing the event at the Ritz-Carlton, including invitations, seating plan, stage set up, sound & lighting, fund house booths designs and management, registration, kick-off ceremony, interactive games, voting system, and special designed souvenirs etc.
